About VC

The Village Constitution is a VC= Virtural  Community/Council for expanding the issues relevant to the world today.  VC will strip the hype of mis- information.  Common sense approaches are needed to solve the challenges we face as a global community.  Although the VC is operating in the U.S.A. this is not a forum to avocate the policies of any political party of the United States. We will offend both the left and the right with the information presented.  We are bound by no Geo-political process or party; nor are we bound by ideologies of the same.  We are self funded therefore need no sponsorship agreements or advertising revenues.  Our reach is global as are  our concerns for all people inhabiting this planet.  Our goal is to change the world!  To change the world one must change the heart.  Universal truths speak to the hearts of man. We begin a journey to reach beyond the media spin into the simplistic motives for them.
